Gillwell Park and Yardley Hill Loop

Description

This route starts at Enfield Lock Station and follows the Turkey Brook, then River Lee Navigation and River Lea. It then turns off up Barn Hill to reach the historic Gillwell Park Scout Camp. There are stunning views across the city from Yates Meadow. From there you follow an overgrown path through the trees to another viewpoint by the summit of Yardley Hill. The route then descends to follow a path back along the River Lee Flood Relief Channel.
