Maps that are used within Topo GPS may not be distributed in any way, expect when the map license explicitly allows it. To view the map license, tap the copyright information of a map in the bottom.

If you share your route with Topo GPS, the route and possible photos will become available other users of Topo GPS. Topo GPS can also use and distribute these routes and photos on their website. If you want to use to remove your shared route, you need to send us a message.
