From prenteg via CS to BW

Surprisingly long walk quite heavy going lovely views at the start and across CS. Initial section not recorded, Walked up from road along a track, 100m ascent, Turned right too soon towards old dam. Recorded section starts after I had found a way back onto footpath. final stretch, Lost my way coming down over gyfyng rocks, took stupid route, much too hard work, Otherwise a good route, but quite tiring
